· Identify the scope and capacity to deliver each deliverable before providing inputs into the overall delivery roadmap and plan
· Gather and translate business needs into consumable requirements. This includes leading elicitation workshops, analysis, specification, and validation of requirements, as well as by understanding feasibility and potential impact
· Defining business requirements for technical developers, translating business needs into technical requirements that developers can use to create and modify the application
· Identify and analyse impacted business processes, including understanding of as-is and to-be process Create new and update existing process maps where necessary using Signavio and obtain appropriate process owner approvals
· Undertake analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to fully comprehend problem statement/s, to deliver and playback future state options where MVP / iterations have been defined
· Source and utilise data to (in)validate assumptions throughout and after delivery. Seek guidance and support from Data Analysts, where required
· Engage with stakeholder throughout the delivery lifecycle, sharing updates, seeking feedback, and responding to feedback
· Ensure potential and active risks and issues are captured, assessed, managed, and mitigated in a timely manner
· Work with squads and stakeholders to translate high level goals into detailed plans, business impacts, communications, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and change interventions, then preparation and execution of those plans
· Plan, facilitate and manage testing activity for your deliverables, such UAT, BVT, DRH
Key Responsibilities
• Developing the Identity and Access Management solutions in a project/program, in a way that complies with and advances target state IAM roadmap.
• Providing technical knowledge of IAM solutions for the respective business service line(s). Deep understanding of business service line(s) and how technology support it.
• Support IAM analyst as needed.
• Provide technical expertise and participate in technical discussions to ensure the appropriate technical solution is implemented.
• Engage with the multiple stakeholders across IT and business to conduct solution workshops and to deliver solutions.
• Ensuring that overall solutions is agreed and endorsed by all stakeholders and identifies and evaluates possible solution options.
• Identifying opportunities and ensuring fit to current patterns, and managing any technical issues/exemptions required.
• Ensuring IAM solutions are implemented in accordance with design over entire life cycle of project/program, and managing changes to design by ensuring stakeholders are informed and in agreement to any changes.
• Being responsible for the traceability of solutions against project/program objectives and requirements.
• Communicate solution designs to various project stakeholders, eg. project manager, developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure sound understanding of the solution.
• Document end to end solution across application, information, integration, infrastructure and security domains with inputs from various technical SMEs.
• Work together with fellow IAM SMEs and align with the defined patterns and product guidelines.
• Ability to own and drive solution development, implementation and operational artefacts from requirements to project completion
• Drive continuous improvements and maturity uplift within the IAM solution practice
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Experience
• 5+ years in the role of an IAM solution Engineer or equivalent
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Structured thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
