Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Senior Business Analyst to join their team.
The Senior Business Analyst, with a focus on human centred design, is responsible for providing specialist advice and performing activities to ensure Systems Group Solutions Delivery effectively identifies and delivers on business requirements and optimisation opportunities, across all stages of the solutions delivery project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate a range of research, analysis, assessment and reporting activities that focuses on users, their needs and requirements to support Systems Group Solutions Delivery program and projects management teams to deliver on outcomes, achieve desired business improvement objectives and improve the usability and user experience.
- Provide guidance and coordinate the work of other team business analysts as required to ensure timeframes and quality standards are met.
- Provide specialist support to inform and assist the projects demand management and prioritisation processes including participating in and contributing to Rapid Impact Assessments, business case development and project initiation stages.
Selection Criteria:
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- 5+ years business analysis including proven experience in eliciting requirements, identifying and maximising opportunities for improvements.
- Experience with Human Centred Design methodologies and modern research techniques
On offer is a 10 month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
