Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking a Test Analyst to join their team.
The Test Analyst is responsible for defining and executing test scripts that evaluate performance and compatibility with the intended operating environment of developed applications or software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document acceptance criteria for testing using various methodologies derived from the testing requirements, such as Waterfall, Agile and hybrid approaches, in order to ensure effective system assessments.
- Prepare test estimates, based on analysis of the test requirements, as required by project managers, in order to ensure effective testing protocols and smooth system usage.
- Develop test plans for various test phases, based on available project documentation, including system testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and production verification testing, in order to confirm products are ready for usage.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience working on Peoplesoft Campus testing.
- Ability to design test scenarios for functional and non-functional test coverage and setup test data in complex work environments.
- Strong focus on driving the quality assurance practices across all phases of the SDLC.
- Experience working with testing and automation tools such as Selenium, Zephyr for Jira.
On offer is a contract until 31/3/2026 with potential extensions at a highly sought after NSW Government organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
